Spotting for cuckoo

Moms - have you tried any of the different fitness products shown on tv? - fitness flooring

I thought something like TurboJam, but then I saw the commercial and Slim in 6, which seems more reasonable for my situation. (I need something that I am at home working full time, but not too "strong", since I live in a 2nd floor apt.!) Have you tried one of the products of the new - form watch on television? Whenever I see mixed reactions to it - some good results and others do not. And you?
